The group welcomes new, intermediate and experienced players who want to refresh their skills.Ancestry
Library members can access the following databases from the library computers free of charge to research their family history: Ancestry, freebmd, freecen, military service records, occupation records and town & trade directories. Our Family History volunteer is an expert in tracking down overseas relatives and can provide training on the software and guidance on how to research your family ancestry. Ask a library volunteer to book a session for you.
Reading Group
Meet the first Friday of each month. The group is currently full but if interested you can go on the waiting list. If you would like information and advice on starting up and running your own reading group we would be very happy to help you.
